Psychiatric Evaluation
Your first appointment is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation — a thorough, unhurried conversation about your mental health history, current symptoms, life circumstances, and goals. We take time to understand the full picture before making any recommendations.
Who this is for
Anyone experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, psychosis, or other mental health concerns — and anyone who has never had a psychiatric evaluation before.
What's included
- 60–90 minute initial appointment
- Review of mental health and medical history
- Assessment of current symptoms and functioning
- Collaborative discussion of diagnosis and care options
- Personalized treatment plan developed together
Medication Management
After your initial evaluation, we provide regular follow-up appointments to monitor how you're responding to treatment, adjust medications as needed, and check in on your overall wellbeing. We believe medication is one tool — and we use it thoughtfully.
Who this is for
Patients already on psychiatric medications who need ongoing management, and new patients starting medication treatment after their evaluation.
What's included
- Regular follow-up appointments (typically every 1–3 months)
- Medication monitoring and adjustment
- Side effect management and education
- Coordination with your primary care provider
- Refill management through your patient portal
Telehealth Care
All of our services are available via secure telehealth video appointments — no commute, no waiting room, no barriers. You can connect with your provider from home, work, or anywhere private in Arizona.
Who this is for
Anyone in Arizona who prefers the convenience of telehealth, lives in a rural area, has transportation challenges, or simply wants care that fits their life.

Your first visit
What to expect at your first appointment
We know that reaching out for psychiatric care can feel like a big step. Here's exactly what happens so there are no surprises.
Before your appointment
You'll receive a link to complete intake paperwork through our Charm Health patient portal. This includes your health history, current concerns, and insurance information. It takes about 15–20 minutes.
Joining your telehealth visit
At your appointment time, you'll receive a secure video link. Find a private, quiet space. Your provider will join on time and introduce themselves.
The evaluation conversation
Your provider will ask about your mental health history, current symptoms, medications, and what you're hoping to get from care. This is a conversation — not an interrogation. You set the pace.
Your care plan
Together, you and your provider will discuss findings and next steps — whether that's a diagnosis, a medication recommendation, a referral, or simply a follow-up. You'll leave with a clear plan.
Insurance — coming soon
We are currently seeking AHCCCS (Arizona Medicaid) credentialing. Once approved, we will accept Arizona Medicaid and are committed to removing financial barriers to mental health care. Check back for updates.
